• Ability to independently handle building projects
• Preference for candidates with experience in high-end finishing for residential and commercial buildings

2️⃣ Foreman – Steel / Shuttering 🔩

✅ Qualification: ITI
✅ Experience: 5 to 25 years
✅ Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in shuttering & steel work
• Experience in large residential and commercial building projects

3️⃣ Supervisor / Foreman – Civil / Finishing 🏠

✅ Qualification: SSC Pass
✅ Experience: 5 to 20 years
✅ Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of RCC work & finishing work
• Ability to supervise residential/commercial projects efficiently

4️⃣ Sr. Engineer / Engineer – MEP ⚡

✅ Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
✅ Experience: 5 to 20 years
✅ Skills Required:

• Expertise in electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm systems
• Ability to execute MEP works in large projects

5️⃣ AM / Sr. Engineer / Engineer – MEP Billing 💰

✅ Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
✅ Experience: 5 to 20 years
✅ Skills Required:

• Execution & handling billing of MEP
• Experience in MEP project costing & documentation
